Full name: Nightmare, he takes no other..... Alias: Night Gender: male, my next will be female, to even the balance. Age: 3 and three-quarters. Verging on four. Physical: His fur is nilotic black, with drips and end of red. He seems to be constantly bleeding. Eyes of deep cold crimson. His tail is over-long, and his ears over-large. Claws that are retractable, and in blood-red are his. Personaility: He is quiet, not one to give a threat, or bluff. He collects all he needs, and goes in for the kill. Merciless, and with a integrity that powers his hatred. However, he seems to have a fear for sunlight, joy, and anything light. He can be driven temporarily mad in the face of acts of pure-good. Family: He has two siblings. All three descended from a ancient fire line. The original name lsot due to intergration into the Wind-Wolf pack, now known as the noble line of Nixflame. History: The three cubs, Scar, Nightmare, and Bronzefeather, were all vicious in their own way. However, Nightmare overtook their power, and hatred. Scar was a wolf who tried to appear fierce, and tough. Bronze was a higly territorial and bluffing wolf. But Nightmare was a living nightmare. He had red-streaked black fur in his earlier days, and was known for attacking for no reason. Starting fights he always finished with a sly, cheating flick of the tail. When he was nearing adulthood, he managed to drag down a particullarly large quarry, and thus contented himself to eat it. However, he was attacked by the older, and wiser Dragon, the inheritor of Nixflame. Nightmare reluctantly gave up the kill, but his mad pride overtook him, and in a thrice he attacked Dragon. Dragon retaliated angrily. Dragon had a temper unmatched, save, mayhaps by the notorious Jet, now thankfully erradicated from many a wolf's memory. Nightmare was left to bleed on the ground, breathing his last raucous breaths. But the breaths kept going, each still as half-strangled, half-gurgled as the last. He still bled. His mind faded to near-death. Yet he never reached it. Nightmare many moons later, abandoned by all as a cursed corpse rose up onto his feet unsteadily. He was alive. Nightmare was convinced that Dragon had done this, and went back to camp. However, he did not kill Dragon. He killed Dragon's mate: Ryu : by luring her into a death trap. He took her to the black wolf who lives on, without dying. the one in the hills. with the wings, green eyes, and the loyalty to none but the alphen/ alphess of the Wind-Wolven. The one called Servere. He led Ryu there, and then attacked Servere, before fleeing away to let Ryu die from the wounds Servere gave her. Nightmare searched the area. but Dragon had fled, and so Nightmare pursued hsi new 'quarry' Running far from home-turf. Eventually he, from exhaustion, flet hsi hgeart burst. But yet agian, he did not die, merely dropped into a river, he had been scanning along the length way, and awoke a fortnight later, furthur from his quarry, then before. He still searches, unaware many seasons ago, Dragon died, also of a burst heart. Other: He appears to be undying, but can collapse for days on end, when he should of died. Or where the purest good is; love.
Night is a very odd character. Not perfect, I'm glad for that. And as for power. He jsut won't die, that's it. Froever, searching for the quarry he still hunts. Rather sad.
Full name: Nightmare of Nixline Alias: Night (so wonderfully original) Gender: Male Age: Physical age is 3 and three-quarters. Verging on four. Chronologically I've never considered it, probably ten. Wolf years. Physical: Wrought iron coloured fur, over-large ears and tail, deep-red eyes that flash brighter red when it looks cool -shot- constantly bleeding, usually has a slight and barely noticeable limp. Pure white tongue due to anaemia. Night doesn't consume enough nutrients so his flesh and bones are very easily damaged, though he has a strong pain-threshold. Night heals slowly but surely and damages quick, plus his body cannot form clots easily. When severely damaged Night regenerates at a far faster rate but is in a trance-state. Personality: Night is fond of irony and satire, though clumsy with both, Night is unusually calm at all times, and has a deep-rooted respect to authority. Nightmare has no sadistic qualities and views murder as necessity at times, but little more. Detached from individuals and more fascinated by the pack as a 'whole' than anything else, he can quite easily spare a few 'fingers'. Family: Nightmare is descended from the line of Nixfire, which lost its own original name during Wolvenia intergration. He has two siblings and a multitude of cousins, it is suspected that Nightmare's sire may possibly have been Jet rather than Drakyin as believed. History: Night was raised in the Wolvenia pack and his childhood was vastly uninteresting, except that he was extremely young when Jet of Shen-La's line was killed and he cannot recall the Previous Alpha (Jet) except for one image of bristle dark guard hairs and nilotic eyes.
However in Night's third year (nearly his fourth) and thus near the end of his youth Other: He appears to be undying, but can collapse for days on end, when he should of died. Or where the purest good is; love.
